We know firsthand how tough it can be to take that first step. Walking into a gym or fitness centre for the 1st time can be very intimidating. As much as we try to be accessible, friendly, and welcoming, the larger group sessions can still seem just a little too much.
We want to help people overcome this so are now running small group introduction sessions.
These sessions are designed to give you more time for demonstrations, answering questions, and easing into exercise at your own pace. You don’t need to have ever stepped foot inside a gym or taken an exercise class before. These sessions are designed for complete beginners and anyone coming back to exercise after a substantial amount of time.
The first session is free and then you can simply pay as you go for as many sessions as you feel works for you. There is no pressure to take out a membership, we just want to open the door to exercise.
Sessions are Monday and Wednesday evenings at 19:30. The session duration is around 45 mins, but you can stop to rest as needed.
